c) User Account & Use of the Service

When registering and using our service, we process:

d) Language Settings

e) Payment Processing via PayPal

When booking premium features, payment processing is carried out via PayPal. The data required for payment processing is transmitted to PayPal.

4. Hosting

Our service is hosted on a dedicated web server of IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. A data processing agreement according to Art. 28 GDPR exists with IONOS to ensure the security of your data.

5. Data Sharing

Personal data is only disclosed to third parties if:

  • this is legally permissible and necessary for the processing of contractual relationships (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR),
  • you have given your express consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR), or

6. Storage Duration and Deletion

Personal data will be deleted as soon as the purpose of storage no longer applies and there are no legal retention obligations to the contrary.

Users can delete their account independently at any time. In this case, all stored personal data will be removed from the active system, provided that there are no legal retention obligations.
