6. User-Generated Content
Users can create and upload their own content (e.g., strategies, videos, notes).

Liability for slight negligence, indirect damages, consequential damages, or loss of profit is excluded.
Liability for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health, as well as under the Product Liability Act, remains unaffected.
The provider assumes no guarantee for the constant, uninterrupted, or error-free availability of the Service.
8. Termination / Deletion of Account
Users can delete their account independently at any time via the account settings.
The provider is entitled to block or delete accounts without notice in the event of violations of these terms of service or applicable law.
9. Applicable Law
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
For consumers residing in the EU, additional mandatory regulations of the country of residence may apply.
10. Changes to the Terms of Service
The provider reserves the right to change these terms of service at any time with effect for the future.

The prices and payment methods are indicated in the current price list.

Details are regulated in the privacy policy, which is part of these terms of service.
Users have, in particular, the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection.
